Online gambling company Twin has announced another stage of its attempt to provide what it describes as an ‘unmatched casino experience’.

The company has revealed that it will be utilising the CRM solution provided by gaming technology company Fast Track, which offers managed technology services to companies operating in the online gambling sector. Fast Track has recently taken the step of providing its CRM technology as a standalone solution, and Twin have become one of the first operators to benefit.

The CRM tool has been designed with the online gaming sector in mind and is already being used by a number of casino operators, including Metal Casino, Ikibu and Casino Calzone. The technology draws on real time data and makes it possible for operators to manage every aspect of both communications and player rewards from one place.

The deal with Twin comes days after a similar agreement was struck with Cashmio Casino, which had worked as a strategic partner to help Fast Track to develop their CRM tool as a standalone tool.

Speaking about the deal, the Chief Brand Officer for Twin, Marcin Jablonski said that his company shared Fast Track’s vision for CRM, and that the new partnership would help Twin’s own CRM team to provide a better quality of casino experience to their players.
