QPR are nine points above the relegation zone and have a game in hand, so no need for panic to set in just yet. However, the Londoners have lost seven league games in a row and boss Steve McLaren has to turn the situation around. They have another difficult task ahead of them on Tuesday as they host Leeds United who’ll go top with a win.

Latest Odds

QPR were eighth in the Championship a few weeks ago but it’s been all downhill of late. They had a run to the fifth round of the FA Cup, though had their struggles on the way, needing a replay to beat League One Portsmouth. However, their league form has been appalling this year.

They drew two games but the last seven in the Championship have all been lost. Relegation isn’t too much on their mind just yet with a gap of nine points between them and the bottom three. This run has to end soon though if Steve McLaren wants to keep his job as manager. They are 3/1 (4.0) to beat Leeds United in this game.

Saturday saw them lose 2-0 at Middlesbrough but that was one of their less heartbreaking recent defeats. Their previous two games had seen them lose to Bristol City and West Brom after conceding late goals. It’s 11/10 (2.1) that there’s a goal in this game between the 76th minute and full time.

Leeds United are third in the table after a 2-1 home win over Bolton on Saturday. They are a point behind Sheffield United in second and two behind leaders Norwich City. In a season of surprise results, all of the top three actually won on Saturday.

Leeds have a game in hand on the top two and a win will take them to the top of the Championship. United are 15/8 (2.87) at SkyBet to win the title and 4/9 (1.44) with Betfred to finally win promotion back to the Premier League.

United have only one loss in their last five league games. They’ll want three points from this match as their upcoming March fixture list isn’t easy. After this game they host West Brom on Friday before a trip to Bristol City and a home game with Sheffield United. Their away record has seen four wins in the last seven and they are evens (2.0) at SportPesa to beat QPR.

QPR had lost three games in a row to Leeds United before a home FA Cup win in January. They have met twice this season with both games ending in a 2-1 score. It’s 8/1 (9.0) Leeds win this game 2-1 and 12/1 (13.0) QPR get a 2-1 victory. QPR have only lost one of their last five home games against Leeds.

QPR v Leeds United Team News

No injuries have been reported from their games played on Saturday.

Both Teams To Score

Three of the last four games between these two sides and both this season has seen both teams score. It’s 8/11 (1.72) at Coral that both sides end up on the score sheet in this match.

Will QPR Score Twice?

QPR may be losing game after game but they aren’t struggling for goals. They’ve scored at least two goals in their four of their last six home games. It’s 21/10 (3.1) that they get at least two goals in this match. Considering they keep conceding, that’d mean a game with over 2.5 goals in the game and the odds on that are 10/11 (1.91) at Paddy Power.

QPR stumble from one loss to another and could well get dragged into the relegation battle. They host a Leeds United side who if able to win here and then at home to WBA on Friday could be four points clear at the top by Saturday. After a dodgy spell they are back in winning ways and can win this game in a match with over 2.5 goals scored. The odds on that are 2/1 (3.0) at Ladbrokes.
