Online betting operator BetBright has moved to improve its behavioural learning capabilities by joining up with software developer ConversionBet.
Under the terms of the partnership with the Middlesbrough-based company, BetBright will be incorporating the ConversionBet software in its proprietary platform, in order to develop a clearer understanding of how its customers engage with the BetBright online casino product.
The ConversionBet software is an innovation that has caught the attention of many companies in the betting industry. It can be customised to meet the needs of any betting operator and has been developed on the basis of the principle that every customer click is a different outcome.
Speaking about the incorporation of the new technology, the Acquisition Manager at BetBright, Ed Fogarty, said that they wanted to understand why customers visited their site, and that the new software would enable them to gain new insight into how their customers related to their product:
“The ConversionBet platform will allow us to communicate with our visitors prior to entering our registration process making for a smooth and highly personalised acquisition journey that will not only impact our conversion figures, but also lifetime value stats.”
Insight tools
In support of BetBright’s daily operation, the ConversionBet software will provide insight tools and real-time conversion, which will be integrated across the whole betting platform.
Speaking about the partnership with BetBright, ConversionBet’s CEO and founder, Dan Morrison, said that the software would help BetBright to treat customers as individuals and help them to structure their online casino gambling product in a player-focused way.
